Happy Agent is a new, real estate focused service line. Happy Agent is in search of tech-savvy, trustworthy, accurate, detailed, and easy to work with Transaction Coordinators (TC) in Delaware.

About Happy Agent

Happy Agent believes there is a better way to handle real estate transactions. On average, real estate agents spend 13 hours managing the administrative details of each transaction. That’s 13 hours that could be spent meeting buyers, meeting sellers, and showing properties. Happy Agent is a team of remote transaction coordinators that give real estate agents those 13 hours back.

Transaction Coordinators

Requirements

1. Must be a licensed real estate agent in Delaware, United States
2. Must have a reliable phone, computer and internet service
3. Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in bringing a real estate transaction from opening escrow to closing
