Happy Agent is in search of tech-savvy, trustworthy, accurate, detailed, and easy to work with Transaction Coordinators (TC) in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico.

What does a transaction coordinator do?

A remote transaction coordinator is there when the real estate agent is not. A remote Transaction Coordinator (abbreviated as TC) uses software workflows to manage the details involved in closing a real estate transaction. The remote transaction coordinator monitors the process from opening escrow to closing. Basically, for the real estate agent, it means less to-dos and more tadas.

Open Escrow.

As soon as the purchase agreement is completed, the transaction coordinator will open escrow. It’s the official start of the transaction coordinator service.

From inspections and appraisals to a no surprises closing, the transaction coordinator schedules appointments with all parties to make sure the right people get to the right place at the right time. This gets the real estate agent off the phone and back showing properties.

The Basics

Happy Agent is in search of tech-savvy, trustworthy, accurate, detailed, and easy to work with Inside Sales Representative in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico.

As an inside sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of presentations on Zoom each week, working with a team in a fast-paced environment, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The Inside Sales Rep should thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.

The most important characteristic of our inside sales reps is that they use their insight about the real estate industry and top-notch knowledge of transaction management to close the prospective deal.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for the right individual with at least 5+ years experience as a real estate agent, transaction coordinator, or professional in the real estate industry. You would be working directly with the internal team to build and deploy campaigns that book meetings directly on your calendar (during your open availability). You would then lead the demo, input notes into the internal system and follow up with the prospect after the demo.

This is a part-time subcontract opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and professional LinkedIn presence referencing your work for Happy Agent
  • Run an inbound Lead Pilots campaign from your LinkedIn profile that we would manage for you
  • Open booking availability through the Gmail/Calendly integration
  • Lead the demo
  • Record the demo
  • Update the prospect record in Asana
  • Manually follow up with post demo call notes
  • Deploy 3 part follow up sequence with the prospect
  • Maintain a 75% close ratio

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate, as a transaction coordinator, or realtor
  • Highly organized
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence skills (including customer service and empathy)
  • Excellent app skills (Asana and Slack)
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Team player
  • A love for all things real estate
